Keeping Our Customers Safe & Healthy

As a valued client of Maid Brigade of Sarasota-Manatee, we appreciate the trust you place in us to care for your home and family. We recognize the ongoing and increased uncertainty that COVID-19 is causing, and our highest priority is the health and well-being of our clients and employees. With that in mind, these are the measures that we take to keep our clients and employees safe.

• All employees will have their temperatures taken prior to commencing the day.
• All employees who exhibit any flu-like symptoms will not be allowed to work until they are free of such symptoms for at least 48 hours.
• All employees will wear personal protective equipment, such as masks and disposable gloves, during the workday. Employees will be required to frequently wash and disinfect their hands throughout the day. They will be provided with hand sanitizers to help them do so.
• All equipment and supplies that enter the home will be disinfected prior to entry.
• Cleaning cloths brought into your home are disinfected prior to use. Our whole-house cleaning method uses color-coded microfiber cloths to eliminate cross-contamination between rooms.
• All customers will be asked to cancel their cleanings if they exhibit any signs of illness. Our employees will not be permitted to enter any homes where any residences have had symptoms of COVID-19 over the past 7-days.

Client Screening Process:

Please be aware we will be conducting screenings to ensure the health and wellness of our customers and employees remains a priority. If any of the following questions are answered “Yes”, we will need to postpone your cleaning.

• Has anyone in your household been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 21 days?
• Has anyone in your household had close contact with someone else with COVID-19 or pneumonia in the past 21 days?
• Has anyone in your household experienced any symptoms in the past 14 days?
