As General Manager, Cordero is responsible for personnel hiring, training and management to ensure that Maid Brigade provides the highest level of quality housecleaning and meets or exceeds client expectations. He will also utilize his knowledge of ISO 140001 certification, which sets the standards for environmental management systems.
Prior to joining Maid Brigade, Cordero was Facilities Manager at the non-profit Per Scholas, Inc., which provides low-income families a computer and computer training at low or no cost. As Facilities Manager, he analyzed office operations and procedures and developed ways to improve workflow efficiencies. Additionally, he participated in planning personnel safety and plant protection activities.

Cordero holds a degree in real estate from St. Johns University, New York. He lives in The Bronx with his wife.
