Alma’s cleaning career began in 2006 as a Maid Brigade cleaning professional. Drawn to the profession by her satisfaction in tidying spaces, Alma quickly learned specialized cleaning techniques during Maid Brigade’s intensive five-day training program.

Through dedicated practice honing her craft, Alma developed a keen eye for detail and a knack for understanding clients’ unique needs. As she learned, she eagerly took on more responsibility by becoming a supervisor and field leader – coaching new hires on providing consistent, high-quality cleaning that meets Maid Brigade’s high standards.

In her 17 years with Maid Brigade, Alma has personally cleaned or has overseen the cleaning of over 85,000 homes and businesses in Houston, Texas. She has also personally trained more than 250 cleaning professionals, instilling in them the same care and attention to detail that has made her successful.

Her deep working knowledge of real-world cleaning needs makes her ideally suited to oversee field operations across Houston. As a trainer helping new employees understand cleaning best practices for deep cleaning and maintenance services, Alma builds an open rapport so they feel comfortable asking questions.
