FREDERICK, Md.—Judy Rhodes-Lyon, owner of Maid Brigade of Frederick County, was honored with the Maid Brigade “Blue Angel” award in recognition of the best overall sales based on the company’s territory size along with its high growth, customer satisfaction, and market penetration in the Frederick County area. The award was presented at the maid services franchisor’s annual convention held on July 20 in New Orleans.
Rhodes-Lyon’s Maid Brigade franchise has repeatedly been recognized for its high level of customer service and nominal staff turnover. In 2012, the company was honored with the Maid Brigade Top Gun award and in 1995, Rhodes-Lyon was named the Maid Brigade Capital Region Franchisee of the Year for outstanding service to Frederick County homeowners.
“Without my team and their commitment to customer satisfaction, I would not be a success,” says Rhodes-Lyon. “It’s an honor for all of us to be recognized, including the loyal customers who we have the pleasure of serving throughout the Capital Region.”
Maid Brigade of Frederick County provides house cleaning services to residents of Frederick City, Mt. Airy, Walkersville, Point of Rocks, Monrovia, New Market, Thurmont, Middletown, and all other areas of Frederick County.
“Judy is a prime example of a standout businesswoman,” says Bart Puettt, president of Maid Brigade. “We’re thrilled to have her as an integral member of the Maid Brigade family.”
