Going with Maid Brigade, a professional house cleaning company, you will receive reliable and consistent service. We provide all equipment, supplies and vehicles for our employees. All our employees have passed national background checks. We have an extensive green cleaning training program with certification process to ensure consistent, quality work. We are fully bonded and fully insured. We have Worker’s Compensation, which protects not only our employees but helps protect you and your family from injury claims. Maid Brigade pays all local, state, federal and employment taxes and complies with all employee labor laws. Since we are in the office and our cleaning teams are in the field (your home), we have taken the following steps to improve security, minimize mistakes, and to manage things well:

• Our personnel are Maid Brigade employees; we do not subcontract our services.
• Our teams clean the same houses unless one is out sick or on vacation. We do not switch our teams around all the time.
• All of your cleaning instructions and comments are computerized.
