What You Need to Know About the Services that We Cannot Provide
- Our team members are not permitted to climb higher than a 2-step ladder; Items out of reach will only be dusted with an extension duster.
- Our team members are not permitted to move or lift any furniture or items above 25lbs. If you would like any areas cleaned underneath or behind furniture, feel free to move it for them.
- Our team members are not permitted to handle any type of biohazard waste (i.e. blood, vomit, urine, feces), including any waste from animals present at the home.
- Our team members are not permitted to clean or dust any collectibles, including small or fragile items, as well as any rare items that cannot be replaced. Please inform the office of such collectibles and non-replaceable or sentimental items that the team members should avoid cleaning.
- Our team members will not open any cabinets and drawers, nor enter any rooms that have their doors shut, unless instructed to, as per move-in / move-out or optional deep cleaning tasks. A shut door indicates that the room is off-limits.
- Our team members cannot guarantee the removal of any mold as well as stains on grout, furniture, cabinets, carpets, baseboards, walls, door frames, etc, as well as excessive dust on certain types of blinds (especially mini-blinds). They will do their absolute to work with all of those areas. Additionally, they do not clean walls or outside windows.
- Our team members do their best at vacuuming dust and pet hair. Please allow some dust and pet hair resettlement that can occur as we cannot prevent that entirely.
