In 2006, Brandon Cross, Owner of Maid Brigade of Las Vegas, left his culinary career to improve his quality of life.  After serving years in fine dining kitchens such as Picasso at the Bellagio, the Steakhouse at the Wynn, and others in between, Brandon decided it was time to leave the brutal restaurant industry and prioritize being a father and a husband.

In June 2006, the Cross family opened Maid Brigade of Las Vegas. Early on, it was clear that we could offer clients something they had not found amongst other local cleaning companies: an honest, ethical company that valued their customers. Since opening our doors, we have received local & national recognition, several awards, and hundreds of positive reviews from years of happy customers.

Through the years, Maid Brigade of Las Vegas has grown and adapted to the needs of its customers. In 2020, during a worldwide pandemic, Maid Brigade became a leader in professional and safe disinfection for homes and businesses. Protecting homes from viruses and harmful pathogens was extremely important amongst our customers and we were confident that we could deliver a service to help with our PUREcleaning System.  In 2020, we were also able to exponentially expand our territory, allowing us to service residents throughout the greater Las Vegas Valley.

In 2022, we were awarded “Franchisee of the Year.” This award recognizes the franchise location across the entire Maid Brigade system that is not only a top performer in sales, but also has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to quality service for customers. We are extremly proud of this award and credit our amazing staff for making this happen.

At Maid Brigade we are about relationships.  We are about establishing relationships with our clients that extend for years after the initial cleaning. Additionally, we strive to build relationships internally with our employees. We have employees who have been with us for 12+ years. Meet Our Manager – Amanda

We are honored to introduce our current Sales/Customer Service Manager, Amanda Magana! Amanda is a key reason for our success and we’re grateful to have her part of our Maid Brigade family. Amanda is the voice behind the phone when you call our office, and often is the first interaction our customers have with Maid Brigade.

Amanda started with us in 2020 and we are so lucky and blessed to have her on our team. She quickly became part of the daily office operations and grew to be a lead in sales and customer service. When you call in to reach our team, Amanda is right there to help get you taken care of.
