We recently moved to the area and are very happy that we chose Maid Brigade. They do an excellent job every time. They provide their arrival time and are always punctual. It is also important to us that they use environmentally friendly cleaning products. The cleaning crew works fast and they are very thorough. We have had no complaints and I highly recommend them!!

The cleaning is outstanding, but it’s the customer service where Maid Brigade shines even brighter. They have been incredibly flexible for us during Covid times when family members were unpredictably sometimes home for school or work and we needed to change dates and times. Also, I would normally not reach out if something was missed in the cleaning but they actively seek out your feedback. They want to know how they can do better each and every time. The cleaning teams are lovely and efficient. The people who run the business end of things are amazing. Kind. Friendly. Professional. Always quick to respond. We also feel very valued even though we’re not always weekly customers. This is why we switched to Maid Brigade in the first place. They also have great and reassuring Covid protocols. Maid Brigade is a fantastic business with great people.

Maid Brigade has been cleaning our place for about eight months, and they do a great job. They are quick, too, which is really helpful for me since I work at home. I especially appreciate how easy they are to deal with. I always get a reminder when a cleaning date is coming up, and a text on cleaning day to tell me when they are on their way. Maid Brigade is a seamless and dependable service….not so easy to find these days.
