Deep Cleaning
- Full & deep dusting of all surfaces, furniture, wall hangings & decor, fans & light fixtures
- Dust with damp cloth all woodwork, baseboards, sills, window & door frames, baseboard heating units & vents
- Damp wipe blinds
- Clean underneath edges of area rugs, including under/behind light, moveable furniture
- Empty trash, wipe/disinfect trash receptacles
- Clean inside of window over sink (if applicable)
- Bona™ used on hardwoods
- Toiletries wiped & tidied
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
- Clean inside all closets & built-ins
- Clean inside vanities & medicine cabinets
- Wipe down all surfaces, including appliance exteriors
- Clean & disinfect kitchen & bathroom floors
- Clean inside & outside of all kitchen appliances

The following items are NOT part of the above cleaning services, but are available with notice for an additional fee.
- Hand wash dishes in sink
- Load dishwasher (if dishes are in sink & dishwasher has room)
- Clean inside refrigerator, freezer, and/or oven
