I’ve used Maid Brigade every two weeks for 10+ years and the same team for several years. Things about them I like :

1. They answer the phone and are always helpful. They will do their best to accommodate the schedule and your changes to it. They rectify any issues.
2. My team is great. They do a great job – very thorough – and will do the little important things, grabbing sheets from the dryer and even letting our dogs out of their crates after cleaning. Oh, and they are animal friendly! They use some of my cleaning supplies, mostly because of different floors and put them away if needed. They are always professional.
3. The price is affordable.

I have been very impressed with this company and its employees.

The women who come to my house always arrive on time. They are polite, and they listen if I have any special requests. They are efficient, and everything is done just right. When I call the office to confirm that the Maid Brigade ladies are coming at their usual time, the office staff are very accommodating.
