About PUREmist®

PUREmist® uses a solution created from just three ingredients: water, salt, and electricity. Through a process called electrolysis, these elements form hypochlorous acid, a disinfecting agent that’s effective against pathogens while remaining gentle for everyday environments. Our solution:

The electrolyzed water in PUREmist® is a simple saline solution that breaks down contaminants, leaving surfaces fresh without heavy chemical buildup. It’s a smarter, more modern approach to disinfection, especially for families, pet owners, retirees, and businesses that prioritize health and indoor air quality.

During the electrolysis process, hypochlorous acid can produce a faint scent similar to chlorine. Rest assured, there is no chlorine, synthetic fragrance, or other toxic chemicals in the cleaner, and the scent fades quickly after application.
